Celetrix Electroporation

From small scale to large scale

Human primary Dendritic cells

Human primary Dendritic cells插图
Dendritic cells from PBMC, cultured for 6 days with GM-CSF and IL-4 before electroporation.

The DC cells are easy to transfect with the Celetrix electroporation system. Follow the suggested parameters and a high transfection efficiency would be achieved.

A special notice: DC cells have morphology variability among different donors. Cultured in GM-CSF and IL-4 for several days, sometimes they become very adherent to the plate and sometimes they are more like suspension cells. If they adhere to the plate tightly, trypsinize them down with care and try not to allow them sticking to each other and forming big clumps.
